Shipping Policy
Each seat cover is custom‑made to order. Please allow 3–4 business days for production before your order ships.
All orders are shipped from our facility in Houston, Texas. Once your order is produced, it will ship within 1–2 business days to the address provided on your order.
- Carriers: UPS or USPS (full tracking included).
- Free Shipping: Available for all U.S. customers.
- Free 30‑Day Returns: Included with every U.S. order.
International Shipping
- Rates are calculated at checkout and include full tracking.
- International returns also come with a 30‑day return window.
Tracking & Carrier Responsibility
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Once a package is in the carrier’s hands, it is their responsibility to deliver it on time. If you have any delivery issues, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number.
