My order hasn't been delivered yet?
We package and ship all items in a timely manner to ensure a more efficient delivery process.
Although once the item is dropped off to the Carrier it is their responsibility to deliver the package on time.
Should you have any questions or concerns regarding your package, please contact the Carrier with the tracking number provided to you in the shipping confirmation.

Is there a warranty on the item?
Yes!
All our items come with a 1year manufacturing warranty, if a stitch pops off or perhaps a clip becomes damaged, etc, please contact us for warranty details.
Our warranty will cover free repairs of the items or a replacement (Up to $100 ) if a repair can not be made.
*Repair Items must arrive to our facility for inspection.
Purchased or received the wrong item?
Please do NOT install the item, inspect it and call us first.
If the item is installed, you will have to remove it and send it back to us.
We do not send out any new items until after the original shipment has been returned and inspected.
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to report and return any incorrect items.
Exchanges or returns up to 30 days from delivery date are FREE.
After 30 days, If approved, it will be the buyers responsibility to pay any shipping or customs fees.
International return shipping costs will be the buyers responsibility unless otherwise approved by management.
