Return, Exchange, and Warranty Policy
At US Auto Seat Cover Inc., your satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not completely satisfied with your seat cover or need assistance with installation or fitment, please get in touch with us first. In many cases, we can help resolve the issue without requiring a return.
Manufacturer Warranty
Our products are built to last. Every purchase is backed by a one‑year manufacturer's warranty covering defects in materials or workmanship.
If you believe your seat cover has a manufacturing defect:
- Contact us and provide clear photos showing the issue.
- Include a brief explanation of the problem and your original order details.
- Our team will review your claim quickly and work with you to resolve it to your satisfaction.
Exchange and Replacement Policy
- Free exchanges are available within 30 days of the purchase date within the U.S. After 30 days, exchanges may still be available, but shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
- Items sent for exchange must meet the general conditions below.
- No exchanges accepted after one year.
Returns for Refund
- We offer a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee, no questions asked. International returns also come with a 30‑day return window but it will be the buyers responsibility to pay any shipping or customs fees.
- Refund requests within 30 days are eligible for a full refund once the item passes inspection.
- After 30 days, returns may still be approved; however, a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund, and the customer is responsible for all shipping costs.
General Conditions for All Returns & Exchanges
- All items must be in original packaging and in unused and undamaged condition, and in the same condition as initially shipped from our facility.
- All returned items must arrive at our facility for inspection before any refund or exchange is processed.
- All returns or exchanges after 30 days must be approved in advance, and no exchanges will be accepted after one year.
IMPORTANT SAFETY NOTICE: All original safety devices (such as airbags or sensors) must be transferred and reassembled onto the new replacement cover. US Auto Seat Cover Inc. is not liable for any safety device issues before or after installation.
